Industria: West 12th Street    New York, NY       Industria Superstudio   7,000 SF

This project encompassed the modification of the existing spaces in this one-story building located in the West Village. This building was formally an auto repair shop that was converted to a photograph studio with supporting amenities. The space program required the modification of interior partition to maximize the layout for renting venues and exhibition.

The project resulted in a layout that embellishes the industrial details of the structure while exhibiting remembrance of its past uses. This project has obtained approval form the New York City Landmarks Commission.
