Bronxville Theater- Feasibility Study

Members of the community banded together once they received notice that the local cinema closed its doors in the aftermath of the Covid-19 pandemic. With support of the village mayor, a steering committee was organized to evaluate the existing conditions of the buildings and mobilize a plan on the future of the theater. Outreach was conducted to formalize a plan with new programs for the space. It was highly suggested that the theater should become a multi-use venue to support local programs for the students of the village while maintaining a screen venue as the original building intent.
