Creative start-ups are an economic shot in the arm to any community, but one of their most intractable impediments is the availability of reasonably priced, flexible space. This is especially acute in the creative arts industry, which thrives on studios, galleries and other ways to incubate ideas. Industria Superstudio creates a hub for the cultivation of cultural, artistic and fashion production.

RGA provided pro-bono services to assist in the reuse of a dynamic co-working space that facilitates exchange and interaction among its diverse community. The project converts an abandoned warehouse to provide a mix of uses, including offices, meeting rooms, a grand hall, a kitchen and an outdoor garden.
